Materials and Equipment
You will need to bring the following:
Apron, containers to take items home. You will be informed each week about any equipment or ingredients need for the following week.
Please note you need to provide all the ingredients needed each week.
Week 1: You will need:
500g Supermarket own brand fondant/sugar paste.
6inch cake board.
6inch box, to take your model home.
Cocktail sticks.
Food grade paste/gel colours.
Tylose/CMC powder (this can be purchased on the night from the tutor)
