Course Overview
This course will develop the knowledge and skills needed for speaking through pronunciation, simple communication and by engaging within discussions. It will develop the knowledge and skills needed for listening through obtaining information by following the gist, obtaining detail from communication, and following single step instructions.

Open Assessment

Assessment will take place within the classroom throughout the course. A variety of assessment methods will be used throughout the course. There will be three speaking and listening assessments.

Obtain information from simple verbal communication
