Course Overview
This course will enable you to make a range of challenging sugar paste models such as flowers, foliage and other decorations. You will need to provide your own modelling materials and small tools. The tutor will advise you about what you need to buy at your first class.

The course is not formally assessed. The tutor will give feedback during the sessions about your progress within the subject.

Use specific tools and associated cake decoration materials; Use wires and fixing tools; Use colours and mediums in sugar paste; Make sugar paste decorations by hand; Use the correct tools & equipment safely; Safe working practice.
