Course Overview
The purpose of this qualification is to equip you with the essential digital skills associated with work and life. As a learner you will be able to demonstrate understanding of and competency of your digital skills. You will achieve this by engaging with digital services and products used in everyday work and life.

You will complete two assessments:

Section A (knowledge) - multiple choice question paper
Section B (skills) - internally marked assessment

The course covers 5 areas:

01 Being safe and responsible online and on digital devices
02 Using digital devices and handling information
03 Creating and editing – using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
04 Digital communication
05 Transacting digitally
